Research & Analysis
Smallwares: We work with you to understand your business. Couple that with our product expertise and it ensures you receive the correct tools to improve efficiencies, lower costs and aid in employee satisfaction.
Equipment: Starting with listening to your needs, ideas and concerns followed by loads of questions, site visits and taking measurements, we help determine the best options to fit your requirements and your space.
CAD Drawings & Approval
Smallwares: We are here to assist in providing product samples when applicable as well as performing product demonstrations to ensure you receive the proper tool for the job.
Equipment: Once an initial design has been agreed upon, your project may be submitted to the factory for layout design, CAD drawings and/or a quote. After any necessary modifications, you sign off on the final design and price.
Execute & Install
Smallwares: We work with you, your foodservice dealer and the factory to ensure expectations are met.
Equipment: Your preferred foodservice dealer/distributor places a purchase order with the factory and your equipment is produced. If needed we can perform a simple uncrate and set in place or a complicated installation. Start-up training on any of our equipment can be provided.
